I'm Vaccinated. I’m a Notary public since 2015, officially certified as a notary signing agent since
November 2020 with LSS and NNA. I’m currently living at the Seminole County in Florida willing to travel 100 miles in any direction being Seminole County the starting point.
My priority task as an representative of your organization is to ensure that the borrower feels completely secure with the signing and our services. Also, I will guarantee the following:
1. I will be going over each document to be assured that signatures, dates, and initials are complete and properly filled out.
2.I will ensure that key documents such as the 1003 and Notice of Right to Cancel are filled out properly.
3. I will keep you informed throughout the whole process. Documents will be returned on time as soon as the signing is complete.
