My Name is Marlin Woodum, I have been a Notary for about 15 years , I have an NNA Certification and a Signing Agent Certification and Trid Compliance from Real Notary Pros. I have worked as a Title Processor and as a Legal assistant for a foreclosure law firm. I have done about 40 signings for First American Signature Service and I have witness and Notarized hundreds of Affidavits during my time as legal assistant. I am also able to do Electronic Notarization via Docusign. I'm Currently furthering my education concerning closings by preparing to become a Florida Title Agent.
