Hello, my name is Marlin Woodum. I have been a Notary Public for nearly 20 years, and I hold both an NNA Certification and a Certified Signing Agent credential. My background includes working as a Title Processor and serving as a Legal Assistant for a foreclosure law firm. During that time, I completed approximately 40 signings for First American Signature Services and notarized or witnessed hundreds of affidavits.

I am also authorized to perform Electronic Notarizations through platforms such as Proof and NotaryLive. In addition, I hold a Florida Title Agent License. I am currently furthering my education by pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Studies, with the goal of becoming one of the most reliable and knowledgeable Signing Agents in the industry.
