Celia Garcia is the forward-thinking owner and president of Tax & Notary 2Go, Inc., a firm that offers notary and tax preparation services in Palm Beach County, Florida. In her role, she provides accurate, reliable signing agent/notary public services, as well as tax preparation services, to corporations and individuals in the surrounding area.

Prior to founding Tax & Notary 2Go, Inc., Celia had an impressive track record of increasing work responsibilities. Although she initially entered the workforce performing bookkeeping tasks for IPTS, Inc., it wasn’t long before she moved into the role of Payroll Coordinator at Payment Alliance International.

As coordinator, Celia performed financial document reporting and analysis, as well as monthly quota projections, and state tax form preparation. She also audited Individual Sales Organization (ISO) contracts, saving the company thousands of dollars a month by weeding out ISO payments made in error on expired contracts.

In 2009, Celia left Payment Alliance International to accept a position as Accounting Analyst at Cydonian Management Corporation formerly known as RSM Group, Inc. An ambitious go-getter, within 2 years, Celia was promoted to the role of Chief Financial Officer. Later, she was made a partner. At Cydonian, Celia performed numerous notarizations for clients, ranging from simple oaths to more complex documents, like home closing and merchant processing applications.

With a decade of experience in business management under her belt, Celia branched out in 2018 by opening her own firm, Tax & Notary 2Go, Inc. At her firm, she provides notary services and signing agent tasks, facilitating loan closings for the mortgage finance industry. She’s done over 450 signings on documents of all kinds, including residential loans, mortgages, refinances, reverse mortgages, commercial loans, medical directives, and powers of attorney.

As a bilingual entrepreneur, Celia has a client-first focus and assists clients in English and Spanish. It’s her top priority to make her services readily available to anyone who needs them. As a result, she frequently works with elderly and homebound clients. Celia prides herself on preparation, maintaining a portable printer so she can provide mobile services for the ultimate in convenience.

Celia’s highly accomplished. In addition to earning her Associate of Arts degree from Palm Beach State College, she also received her signing agent certification in 2018, and she’s been notary public certified since 2011. Furthermore, she’s a member of National Association of Tax Professionals (NATP), and she’s certified by the National Notary Association (NNA).
