I enjoy working with borrowers to help them understand the significance of the documents they are signing which helps to set them at ease as they face the 100+ pages in their packages. Of course, I triple check the documents to ensure that they are completed, signed, dated and notarized properly and that we get it done right the first time. In the rare event that a mistake occurs, I'll get it taken care of immediately, because I know that just one error can cause funding delays that impact the entire transaction.
