Completed the Loan Signing System (LSS) Certification on Nov. 26, 2020; and completed my National Notary Association (NNA) Certification and Backgrounds Online on 11/20/2020. Starting fresh as a minority-owned business name of Professional Notaries Incorporated (PRONINC.) as a fully licensed & functional Notary Signing Company. Beginning 12/07/2020, the company's motto, "Upholding the Standards of Excellence", the company's goals are to operate as a Loan Signing Service Center, lifting as we climb. To formulate strategic productivity in recruiting loan signing agents, providing services, seeking clients, and while building a coalition that will benefit the private, public, federal, state, and local bureaucracies within every state in the union; but more importantly, those entities worldwide. With a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Nova Southern University, Fort Lauderdale, FL, a B.S. in Marketing Management and the skills afforded to me, I am very confident in the establishment and growth potential PRONINC. will provide. Not only with its constituents but with its employees as well. Further goals are to inform/teach/retrain me and my future employees for the job they are to be responsible for on a quarterly basis (which is associated with my policy) as a prerequisite. This will educate and re-educate the business and prepare every employee with its annual procession of certifications, updates with state laws, not to mention sustaining the objectives of maintaining a five star and AAA+ Better Business Bureau rating. Although I will begin working just as hard as a loan signing agent, my personal objective is to set the example. By accepting what those who are before me coupled with continuing my education in this new quest, and learn what I can, whenever I can. The end game is to pass that knowledge on to those who want to join me and continue the process along the way to help me build my business grow.
