This is my second term as a Notary in Fl. Prior to that I was a notary in Virginia.
I have been a mobile notary for four years and have witnessed more than 15 closings a month during the four years, without incident. I completed the NNA requirements but do not have the certificate. (My granddaughter was at the wrong place at the wrong time.)
I will sign in the counties of Sarasota and Manatee counties and all towns and cities. If compensation is acceptable I will also consider surrounding counties.
