I have been a mobile notary loan signing agent now for 7 months. During this time I have completed several purchases, refinances, seller's packages, and reverse mortgage applications. I am NNA and LSS certified. I am also continuing my education as a notary through the LSS system and trainings that they offer. I also used to do notary work at an old job at a local credit union where I did loan signings for mortgages (mostly purchases and refinances, and HELOCs) and general notary work. I did this for two years.
