I have original experience as a mortgage underwriter and servicing experience within late stage default, loss mitigations, foreclosure and bankruptcy. I have decided to utilize these transitional skills as a NNA certified Loan Signing Agent. Although I am newly commissioned, my skillset and prior manager roles within JP Morgan Chase, Litton Loan Services, PHH Mortgage and Wells Fargo more than qualify me to assist with signings.
