Please consider this short summary of my resume to serve as my introduction to your Company. I am seeking additional contracting agents to increase my network of title company clients.

As a Notary Public, working as an Independent Contractor, I receive closing packages from various title companies and travel to bank offices, private homes or other offices to oversee proper attestation by the Mortgagor/Buyer and notarize their signature as required by the Mortgagee/Lender. I also collect required documents and/or checks as directed by the Mortgagee/Lender. Primary contracting agent is National Title Solutions, Inc. Other contracts are pending.

I have had extensive experience in closing real estate transactions from all sides of the closing table and have closed 100’s of transactions as an Attorney or Agent. I have worked at various real estate offices as a broker, taking listings and selling real estate to buyers. I also acted as corporate attorney for several real estate entities. Most recently, I was self-employed as a Consultant / Attorney (now retired) specializing in small business issues, financial planning, and estate planning. I was a real estate investor and used various investment strategies for the acquisition of distressed properties including mortgage payment assignment, lease option, wholesaling, short sales and rehabbing. I operated my investments as an Illinois series LLC.
