I am very thorough when I go over every document while being extremely patient when need be. I realize how stressful purchasing and selling a home can be and I strive to keep their experience as stress free as possible.
I go over every document to make certain that all signatures, initials, and dates are complete and properly filled out. I also recheck key documents such as 1003 and the Notice of Right to Cancel to ensure they are properly filled out and dated correctly.
Your documents will be scanned back promptly (if requested) with my mobile scanner that I always have with me and then be dropped off at my local FedEx as soon as the signing is complete. I will keep you informed throughout the whole process via your choice of text, phone call or email.
If on the rare occasion I make a mistake, I will stop what I am doing and fix it for you ASAP.
