I am a traveling Notary Public Commissioned in Maryland and a licensed Title Insurance Producer Independent Contractor (TIPIC) also known as a Notary Signing Agent (in Maryland).

I am also certified by the National Notary Association (NNA) and serve clients in the surrounding Maryland counties: Prince George’s, Anne Arundel, Charles, Howard, and Montgomery.

My background screening is through the NNA, and I am covered with $100,000 of Errors and Omissions Insurance.

I received training at Prince George’s Community College on Notary Procedures and continue to receive training through Trusted Agent Services Group LLC and the NNA.

For traditional notary signing services, I have a portable scanner that I travel with which allows me to scan documents immediately after the signing to expedite getting signed documents to the Title Company / Lender.

When I am not performing notarial services, I am preparing tax returns as a licensed Tax Professional in Maryland at a public company serving the community.
