Experience: I began purchasing homes in 2001, subsequently purchasing and refinancing investment properties. I have experience with Real Estate document transactions (Refinance and Loan documents) through joint real estate acquisitions, A3 Real Estate Investments with my spouse who has over 20+ years as a Real Estate Agent. I am familiar with Closing Documents from the buyer and seller side of the table. I have had the opportunity to learn about Real Estate principles through these experiences.
Confidentiality: In my current position with the Administrative Office of the US Courts as a Management Analyst and previously as a Paralegal in the private sector, I have been a caretaker for sensitive information. I understand confidentiality and take it very seriously.
Personal Affirmation: In addition to a B.A. in Communications from the University of Central Oklahoma, Edmond, OK. I graduated from the University of California Los Angeles, Extension School of Law with a Certificate in the Attorney Assistant Training Program. I have also worked as a Customer Service Director and understand the value of good customer service. In my work I strive to put my best foot forward and find assurance in the facts with no hesitancy to ask questions when needed.
