Assigning me with your signing will ensure that your borrower will have a wonderful
signing experience. I go over each and every document with the client to ensure that signatures, dates, and all initials are complete and properly filled out. I also check key documents such as the Notice of Right to Cancel and 1003 to make sure they are filled out properly. All documents will be returned promptly and on time as soon as the signing is complete (I know all my local FedEx drop off times) and I will keep
you informed throughout the whole process. If on the rare occasion a mistake is
