To whom it may concern,
My Name Is Peter Lee Adams 3rd and I am sending this attachment with my email to let the processor of

Via me. The response to this email will be sent to the Commissioner for review
I know it's been some time since I have talked to or emailed you concerning my person, yet, here I am. I am Now a Notary Public for the State of Maryland, and currently, I am applying for my Notary Signing Agents Title Producers License (TIPIC). I have taken the exams with both the National Notary Association and Prometric which is the testing organization in Maryland for the Insurance Administration and passed them both. I am now filling out my application for the class of Title Insurance Producer Independent Contractor and I need 3 character reference letters. On my application, it asks if I had ever been arrested for a crime, and I put YES. In the year 1968, in Washington DC, I was arrested for Embezzlement from Mail by a postal Employee and given a year probation. In the year 1972 in New York, I was arrested for carrying a gun and given 3 years probation. The criteria for being a TIPIC with a felony, the person needs to get 3 letters of CHARACTER References sent to the Commissioner, attesting to the character and reputation of the applicant. The letter shall indicate the LENGTH of TIME and the CAPACITY in which the individual writing the letter has known the applicant; describe my character traits in which the individual writing the letter has known the applicant; State how would I be as a Title Insurance Producer Independent Contractor, and that you know that this is a request for written consent to engage in the business of insurance despite the existence of a felony conviction. If you feel that you in good faith can't compose this letter of Reference that's fine, and understandable due to the position that's being asked of you. If you do write the letter, send it to ( you may attach it to this email I'm sending you); Mr. Luis Mendoza, Senior Enforcement Officer, Fraud & Enforcement Unit: [email protected]. I am very grateful for the time you have spent reading this email from me, and if you feel well about writing the letter to the Commissioner, I am deeply humbled in my heart. I grew up with some of you, was taught at PGCC, under some of you, and have worked in a corporation with some of you.
So stay very blessed in your life,
Peter Lee Adams 3rd
