Steve has extensive (22+ years) experience in reviewing loan documents for completeness and accuracy, assuring that the documents reflect the terms with which the credit facility was approved, and conducting loan closings. He has been both the lending representative and the signing agent for mortgage lending transactions. During his banking career, he's gained notary experience with numerous types of documents, including medical, financial, and fiduciary. Steve's residential/commercial lending background has given him a specialty with residential and commercial purchases and refinances. Most of his career has been in Illinois. He has recently moved to Michigan and founded eSPe Services, which provides notary and signing agent services. He specializes in commercial and residential mortgages - purchases and refinances.
