NNA Certified. For the last 10 years I worked in a credit union as a teller. To help speed up timing and long traffic lines for bankers, I took it upon myself to learn as much as I could on the lending side of things. I am familiar with a few terminologies and am familiar with some parts of the process of lending. I decided to leave banking and start on my notary journey as I am also a self driven individual and thrive in conditions where I use my creativity to problem solve all while getting to work with people. A few things that set me apart from my peers was my eagerness to learn, my ability to adapt, my stellar customer service, and my good attitude. By the time I left the banking industry, I walked away with more than teller experience; I was a receptionist, I helped start loan applications, and during the covid shutdown I worked in some areas of operations, I handled some call center duties, and I was also a trainer. Embarking on the journey of being a notary would fulfill my wishes of working with people while working on my own flexibility.
