It has become obvious that homeowners will always be in the market to refi, sell or purchase. Secondly, the market has proven that large brick and mortar facilities are not always able to withstand the losses in such a volatile market.

This turbulence has afforded an upswing in the availability of contractors, allowing companies to maintain the influx of work without having excess staffing expenses. As a licensed, certified, and well-trained Minnesota Real Estate Closer, I have worked the last 2 years providing services to National Vendors as a Loan Signing Agent. I am RON certified as well.
