I meticulously go over every document with the borrower, making sure no signatures, initials, or stamps are missed, and that all vital documents are filled out properly. Upon completion of the signing, I triple check the documents to verify that nothing is missing. In the rare occurrence that a mistake is made during any part of the process, the mistake will be fixed immediately. The documents will be returned and scanned (if requested) as soon as possible.
