Hello, my name is Nicole! I am a Notary Loan Signing Agent, and NNA certified for one year now. By profession, I work as a Case Manager in the Social Service field for 24+ years and counting. I work with families and individuals from various cultures and socioeconomic backgrounds.
I bring not just my passion for helping others to the Notary profession but also a vast understanding and knowledge of the importance of protecting client's privacy and handling matters with discretion; handling and being responsible for multiple case files at once; following instructions/rules/guidelines set forth by governing agencies; knowing and filling out required forms for file completely and accurately; having to meet deadlines and knowing who to contact with questions.
To date I've completed a total of 24 signings: 8 General Notary Work and 16 through signing services. I've completed 11 with NotaryGO; 3 with The Closing Exchange; 1 with Signing Order and 1 with SNAP DOCS. I've also completed 19 hours of training through Notary Stars on different loan packages.
One of my best qualities is my ability to build rapport with people quickly. I am really good at building excellent working relationship with others as I am friendly, respectful and professional. I also pride myself on being thorough, so I do a lot of double and triple checking things and I don't hesitate to ask questions if I don't know or understand something. When I do make a mistake, I will own it, apologize for it and fix it as quickly as possible.
