I am a Notary commissioned in the state of North Dakota and Minnesota with E&O Insurance, bonded and background checked. I am experienced in purchase and refinance transactions. I currently am employed with a financial institution and have worked in the Real Estate Mortgage lending department for over 6 years. In addition to the Fargo, ND and Moorhead, MN area, I also will travel to the following counties in North Dakota: Cass, Grand Forks, Richland, Steele and Traill. Minnesota counties: Clay, Becker, Otter Tail, Wilkin, Polk and Norman. Fees are negotiable upon determination of location.
