What an appointment includes: appointment confirmation call to signer(s); Print 2 sets of docs; 80 mile round trip; conduct signing to completion; notarization of all certificates; leave 1 set of documents with signer(s); return docs with your shipping label.

I am willing to travel further to outer counties.

I serve these MN Counties: Anoka, Chisago, Isanti, Pine, Sherburne, Washington, and several counties in western Wisconsin.

Qualifications: Notary Commission since 04/23/2003.
Member of NNA since 10/24/2005.
Became a Certified Notary Signing Agent December 2005.
I do HYBRID signings on the PAVASO and ClearSign platforms
Relevant Experience: As of Jan 1, 2023 I have completed more than 2500 loan signings.
I am qualified to notarize In Minnesota and Wisconsin.

My Notary Commission is valid through 01/31/2028
My Certification through NNA and my background screening is valid through Nov 23rd 2025.
My E & O Insurance is $50,000 and is valid through 11/14/2025.
