I triple check every document to make sure nothing is overlooked. Before I leave the table I am certain all signatures, dates, and initials are complete. Along with any documents that may need to be filled in by the client (i.e. “Notice of Right to Cancel:, PCOR and 1003)

I understand the smallest mistake at closing can be expensive and cause upsetting delays. However, should there be a mistake, I will “do what it takes” to fix it right away. My E&O coverage is $100,000

My vehicle is equipped with a mobile printer which allows me to securely print on the go and promptly scan documents as soon as the signing is complete.
