I check all documents for appropriate signatures, dates, and initials throughout and again at the conclusion of each singing.

In the rare situation that a mistake is made, I will immediately work with you and the signer to make it right.

Following the signing, completed documents will be delivered promptly and in the manner specified with the title company or signing company being kept informed throughout the process.
