If you hire me as your notary signing agent, the borrower will have a great signing experience. I view myself as an extension of you, the signing service, and will represent you professionally at the signing.

I triple check dates, signatures, and initials to make sure everything is completely filled out. I also triple check to make sure all forms such as the Notice of Right to Cancel and 1003 are filled out properly.

If I do happen to make a mistake, I will drop everything I am doing to get it fixed for you ASAP.

The documents will be returned to you on time as soon as the signing is complete. I know all my local FedEx drop off times and will keep you informed throughout the process so you will always know when you’ll be receiving documents back.
