Our family moved to Carson City, NV and I immediately began to use my notary skills to start a General Notary Business within my community. In order to grow my business, I launched into doing Loan Signings, by getting certified with the National Notary Association. I also decided to take Mark Wills - Loan Signing System to help educate myself on the Loan Signing Process. Although I am a newer NSA, I understand the importance of the role Loan Signing Agents play to make sure that the entire transaction goes seamlessly. My goal is to keep communication with the singing agency as number one, making sure scan-backs / drop-offs are done immediately after the signing, and of course, making sure that every single page has been done perfectly without missing any signatures, initials or dates.
