I'm William Boyd, founder of RocketServe, with approximately 300 completed loan signings and active notary commissions in Nevada and California. Based in Carson City, I provide mobile coverage in Reno, Sparks, Carson City, Washoe County, Douglas County and surrounding Northern Nevada markets. Appointment availability and travel are confirmed for each assignment.

I am NNA certified and background screened, with additional training through Loan Signing System and Notary2Pro. I carry $1 million in professional liability / errors and omissions coverage. My equipment includes a dual-tray laser printer and a mobile scanner for document printing and scanbacks.

My Nevada electronic-notary registration was approved on September 18, 2026. I also have EscrowTab training for in-person electronic signings. My commission documents and supporting credentials are available in this profile.

Please contact me to confirm the signing location, appointment time, printing and scanback requirements, and fee.
