I am a Certified loan signing agent with NNA. I have many years working in the past as an escrow officer in Calif. & Nevada. When I am in a signing, it is my job to make all clients feel at ease & to give instructions on how to sign their documents. It does not matter how long it takes to complete a signing. What matters is that you leave the signing, knowing the clients were comfortable in signing their documents. I am very efficient & excellent at communicating with all parties involved.
