I ensure each document is double checked for signatures, initials, dates, and key documents like NRTC, 1003, 4506 filled out properly. All forms will be completed including Statement of Information, Disbursement of Proceeds, and Patriot Act. Before leaving the table, the documents will be double checked for errors. Once the signing is complete, I will communicate with parties involved like EO, signing service, etc., and offer a summary of the signing. The documents will be looked over a third time for accuracy, scanned, and dropped off for shipping. If an error occurs, I will handle it immediately graciously.
