I will scrupulously go over each document that is part of the signing. I will double and triple check to make sure all the proper signatures, dates, and initials are done correctly. I will pay special attention to documents that can cause some signing agents trouble like the Notice of Right to Cancel and the 1003 form. If an uncommon situation arises that I do make an error, I will act quickly to fix the problem. I also know that it is extremely important for all parties involved to get their documents back as soon as possible. I am familiar with the FedEx drop times so a delay will not occur.
