I am professionally trained by one of the best and have multiple certifications. I do bi-weekly live trainings, I understand the importance of not causing funding conditions. I understand the importance of not leaving forms blank. If you give me a chance I promise I will guide the signers through a relaxed comfortable closing.
I will communicate with you. If on the rare occasion a mistake is made, I will fix it for you ASAP. Documents will be returned promptly, I know where to find the FedEx drop off times throughout the Las Vegas Valley. I have a dual printer and a scanner to quickly scan back documents after the signing.
