I am a notary with over 35 years' experience having been a Manager of Escrow and Title in California, including Reverse Mortgage loans. I presently do several Doc signings for a local Title Company in Las Vegas. I know the pitfalls some notary services have and steer clear of that with my clients. I can receive e-docs and I am aware of time schedules required in closing a transaction. Please Note that most of Las Vegas has extremely limited FEDX return service on weekends. Unfortunately I only get requests here for Pahrump, a 2 hr one direction location. I do not do Pahrump.
