I have been a notary since October 1998. At that time, I was a real estate agent, loan processor/originator, underwriter, loan broker and a banker for many years until October 2008. To present still working as a real estate agent part time in residential and commercial. I currently work as legal assistant/paralegal in a few firms and does notary for the firm at same time. I am well familiar of signing loan documents coming from the title company. I work with a few and sign loan documents for some years and a notary for legal firm.
