Unlike other notaries who shuffle paperwork in front of the borrower and say ' sign here, initial there", I will actually walk all your borrowers thru all the important documents (such as the Closing Statement, the Note, the Payment Letter, the Deed of Trust) and give a brief description on all the other documents (such as the Notice of Right to Cancel on refinances of a primary residence) I understand that an incomplete signing, one full of errors or documents not returned in a timely manner can cost a rate lock being missed and other unnecessary headaches which will not happen under my watch.
