As a Notary, I verify the identities of signatories of loan documents for businesses and individuals. My primary duties include printing loan documents, meeting with signers, notarizing the signature, and forwarding the documents to their destination for processing as quickly as possible.
I also provide general notary work like i9 Forms verification, acts as an impartial witness, Acknowledgments, Jurats and Oath Affirmations, copy certifications, financial documents, real estate contracts, Power of Attorneys and Wills, court documents, deeds, property transfers, and commercial contract verifications.
I believe doing that doing the job well requires expert communication skills and extreme attention to detail to get everything right. Most documents I verify are crucial to financial or legal matters involving substantial sums, and errors are not an option. I am determined to be the best Notary I can be and will do everything possible to assist my clients.
I hold certifications as a Notary Public from the National Notary Association and Notary2Pro. I am bonded and insured as well.
