During a loan signing, an overview of each document will be given to the signer ensuring forms such as the 4506, NRTC, and 1003 are are completed correctly. All forms will be completed including Statement of Information, Disbursement of Proceeds, and Patriot Act. Prior to leaving the table, the documents will be double checked for errors. Once the signing is complete, it will be communicated with the scheduler, the documents looked over a third time for accuracy, scanned, and dropped off for shipping. If an error is made, I will make it my priority to fix it with a smile.
