I have been in Las Vegas for 30 years. I have been a business owner the full 30 years. Eighteen years of that was operating two multimillion dollar restaurants. I then entered into the Mortgage industry for about 2 years till I found my self in the Real Estate Market. I owned and operated a Award Winning Top Producing Real Estate Company with expansion of 15 residential agents and 2 commercial agents exceeding 100M in sales for 2005 and operated until the Real Estate Market crash. I shortly after contracted with a 40 year old Consulting Company that speicalizes in Hospitlaity/RE Feasabililty Studies, Risk Assesment, Financing and third party negotations. In 2018 I was called upon to contract with one of the largest Mass Tort Litigation Firms in the US. I developed case logistics, and managed 3800 plaintiffs with the Federal Court of LA. I constructed and maintained the Mobile Notary process for 42 US states. In Febraury of 2020, due to the Covid the case went on a halt, so here I am.
