I have all the right equipment, a high-speed scanner and printer, 5G mobile router and Military-Grade End to End Email Encryption. You will receive scan backs immediately after the signing, photos of IDs, photos of checks, FedEx receipt and your platform updated. If there is a problem, I will fix it right now!!

My goal is to have All forms filled out correctly, signed, initialed, and dated and with correct notarial wording and stamps. “Attention To Detail” (ATD) and methodically triple checked for accuracy. I know how important it is to get the doc’s back as soon as possible, so I know all my FedEx and UPS locations and last pickup times. If you are a local Escrow Company, let me know where your drop box is, and you’ll have the Doc’s when you walk in.
I use Acrobat Pro DC and Page Separator so that documents are printed Clearly and on the correct size paper with no lines and easily transferable in PDF format. I also pay extra attention to the 1-inch border, so nothing ever gets kicked back from the Recorders Office.
