I understand the window of error is none and expectations in getting docs back in a timely manner and accurately are extreme. Therefore, I work diligently, effectively, and detail organizes to collect signatures/dates and initial on Notice of Right to Cancel. Filling out important forms (like PCOR, Trust, Statement of Information, etc.,). Am also communicating with LO, Escrow, or Title agent or Signing Company for the right instruction and assisting borrower patiently to complete with accuracy on signing the loan documents. I will do my best to return or scan docs back immediately during business hours or the very next morning. I am also offering packaging loan for the escrow officer if that means to help expedite the process (especially at month-end).
