The business of loan signings requires my business to be considered an extension of all parties in the loan process with serious due diligence to affirm the closing of the loan.
I am National Notary Association Certified & Loan Signing Systems Certified and commissioned in the State of Nevada within Clark, Lincoln, and Nye counties within my area.
Education is important to me, as I am also Bachelor degree bearing individual in my 9-5 position as a Data Security Analyst. My knowledge of loan documentation such as the Right to Cancel, Closing Disclosures, and the Preliminary Change of Ownership documents comes from my own loans throughout the years such as VA, VA IRRL, and a HELOC.
