I believe timeliness is key to great business. I will be on time to my appointments and let the signer know of any delays. Drop off will be done same day when available and scanbacks after closings when requested.

I understand the importance of not missing signatures and stamps. I know the delays this can cause and that delays could lead to unfavorable rates for the signers.

I check the documents multiple times even before getting to borrowers. This ensures typographical errors are corrected. I also check multiple times before sending documents back to ensure nothing is missed.

On the off chance I missed something or even if a document was missed, I will make sure this is corrected as soon as possible.
