I understand that an incomplete signing or one with errors can cost mortgage officers a rate lock, a buyer missing a close of escrow which makes you look bad. I understand how important it is to get docs back asap so I'll always make FedEx a priority, rather scheduling another appointment. If I'm late I'll call to share with borrower as I can't control traffic. I'll review docs over and again to ensure no initials, dates or signatures are missing and if borrower needs to initials any errors to the Right to Cancel while in car after checking while still at table with borrower. I'll double check to make sure the signature is complete for the 1003, FHA or VA app. I'm available any time after 3pm PST and willing to get docs signed as late as I need to in order to get it accurately complete which would be good for your reputation and convenience even better 7 days a week. Did I forget to mention I know how to split docs and do not charge for that but do charge for travel $10-between 7am-7pm & $25-7pm -6am (pro-rate) which I like to confirm amount before going to any appointment. I'm looking to be paid a flat fee of $90-$100 but am eager to show you what I can do and look forward to working with you.
