I would like to introduce myself. My name is Rico White and I am a Notary Public and Certified Signing Agent in Nevada.
I am the owner of AAA Notary Group, a company dedicated to notarizing loan documents for mortgage closings. I have collaborated with title and mortgage companies as well as third-party vendors to meet with borrowers, sellers, and buyers to facilitate paperwork regarding loans, purchases, and sales of real property (also known as closings). Interaction with clientele from diverse socio-cultural, educational, and ethnic backgrounds. Ability to explain the purpose of each document being signed and answer any pertinent questions within the law.

I have over 20 years of progressive customer service management experience with an emphasis on implementation, training, coaching and product development. Exceptional leadership capabilities and management development with proven ability to handle a variety of responsibilities effectively. I have worked as a Mortgage Loan Officer, Credit Analyst and Tax Preparer. I am a Veteran of the United States Air Force and currently serve with the US Coast Guard Auxiliary. I am also an Executive Board Member for the Urban League serving as Treasurer.

How Much Do We Charge For A Loan Signing?
Although the State of Nevada has no set fee schedule for Notary signing agents, the standard fee schedule at AAA Notary Group is:
• 1st Loan (including 2 sets of documents): $100.
• 2nd Loan (same trip, including 2 sets of documents): $65
• Extra copies of loan document packages: $10 per package.
