I am an educated Signing Agent and a Certified Notary Trust Delivery Agent (CNTDA) that understands that my job is more than just notarising signatures, Ex: the importance of a correct Notice Right to Cancel date, having the borrower update and initial that doc for the 3-day Right of Rescission. I realise the importance of getting the documents to FedEx A.S.A.P, a correctly filled out 1003, so that the loan may move forward, a missed signature may cost the borrower their interest rate. I understand that in the borrowers eyes, I am an extension/ representation of the Escrow/Title company, so that you are well represented, I am dressed business casual, no flip flops, or T-shirts etc. I am a LSS graduate, and I don't want to be just your notary, I work to be your preferred agent.
