Greetings! Thank you for reviewing my profile! I have an associate degree in accounting. Most of my background experience is in the accounting field, particularly in construction accounting. Due to type of industry that I am in, I understand deadlines and I know how to pay attention to detail. To date I currently have done a few successful signings (refi's) under my belt, including a hybrid signing. Now I am ready to become your ACE!

I will not print double-sided. I will perform scanbacks when requested. I will treat all borrowers with respect. I will contact the borrowers immediately when I receive the assignment to confirm our appointment and I will contact the borrowers if I am running late. I will always dress professionally. I will drop off the docs right after signings if my signings are done before 9pm. I will drop off the docs first thing in the morning if I have a late signing the night before. I will contact you FIRST with questions if I don't understand a document and I won't take it upon myself to make the wrong decision.
I believe that continued education is KEY in this industry; therefore, I am constantly in ongoing loan doc training refresher courses through varies sources to make sure everything is done correctly and properly.

Currently, I service all the Las Vegas Valley areas, including Henderson, Summerlin, Aliante, as well as N. Las Vegas. I can travel to Boulder City but not on short notice! My availability are as follows: Mon-Fri 5:00pm-9pm, some Sat's at 6pm to 9pm and Sundays 8a to 9pm I will take late and weekend signings. I am available on all Holidays. I have a RON signings under my belt with Nexsys.
