I’m knowledgeable and proficient with completing standard loan documents (Conv, VA, FHA, Purchase, Refinance, Helocs, Modification, 1003, Reverse Mortgage, PCOR, 3-day Rescission etc.) and can tactfully guide clients thru the signing process ensuring all required signatures, notarization and forms are completed.

I am attentive to all the client's question and concerns. Regularly communicate with the Title/Escrow closing team to ensure that the start and finish of the signing appointment is accurately completed and all documents are returned within the specified time requirements. I can also assist with packaging loan documents. I guarantee all my work and will promptly correct any errors or omissions, if needed.

Available 7 days a week from 6 am - 11 pm covering all of Clark County Nevada. My credentials include LSS Certification, NSA Certification, Nevada Notary Commission, NNA Background Check, $10k Surety Bond and $100k E&O Insurance.
