I mindfully go over each and every document to ensure that signatures, dates, and initials are complete and properly filled out. Key documents such as the Notice of Right to Cancel and 1003 are triple checked to ensure a smooth transition to closing.

If on the rare occasion a mistake is made, I will stop what I am doing and relieve the issue for you ASAP.

The documents will be returned promptly and on time as soon as the signing is complete meeting FedEx drop times. I will keep you informed throughout the whole process.
