I actually walk your borrowers through all of the important docs: the closing statement, note, the deed, and CD. Unlike other notary's, I don't just shove the loan docs in front of the borrower and say, “sign here, I am just a notary.” as I stated before, I understand that I have to be impartial, but not uneducated. I always make sure your borrower knows what they are signing by guiding them through the loan docs.
