During the signing process, I’ll guide your borrower’s through critical forms such as the Notice of Right to Cancel, PCOR and 1003 to ensure they have the most stress-free signing as possible. I’ll make sure all major docs are filled out in their entirety and returned to you promptly. I’ll consistently make drop off times.
