My Three-Point System for Error-Free Docs

*Carefully guiding the client through "each" document to ensure signatures are captured and the proper papers have been notarized.

*Checking the documents at the end of the signing before I leave the client's home. At this point, I can see that everything is signed and dated.

*One last look as I am scanning docs (if they need to be scanned) or before they are packaged to be dropped off.

No one is perfect. This is just my way of ensuring error-free documents and if for some reason there is an error, I promptly fix mistakes.
