I have been a notary public since 1996 and a certified Loan Signing Agent through the Mark Wills’ Loan Signing System since January, 2021. I recently went through my classes again and got re-certified to update my training. I have also been a real estate agent since 1996 and was a legal secretary from 1998 to 2022.

I have been a real estate agent since 2006. As such, I have personally attended all my clients closings. In addition, I purchased 4 properties myself and sold them, as well as 2 of my husband’s properties. I am aware of the documentation in both, the sellers and buyers package. Although I am also aware that not all the packages will be the same, I am a fast learner, detail oriented, have a hard work mentality.

In addition, I worked as a legal secretary for 22 years for attorney Michael F. Bohn. During that time, I was his office manager, I was in charge of hiring and firing personnel, his legal secretary assisting him with legal documents preparation, his receptionist, his notary and his office clerk so I have plenty of experience in an office environment. During my employment with Mr. Bohn, I performed all my duties on time and with diligence, never missing a deadline. My experience working with him taught me to work under pressure and the importance of good organization skills. Mr. Bohn always praised my work and work ethics, I am sure he would not have a problem giving me a reference letter if needed. My job as his assistant was to make him look good and I promise to do the same for your company. My promise to you is that if I make a mistake, I will drop everything I am doing to correct that mistake at soon as possible, and that I will always ask questions if I need to verify or clarify something.
